This phase is eight weeks long, to allow for a gradual increase in training volume. The primary goals are developing the ability, resistance, and resistance to injuries. The small amount of high-intensity training you do at this stage will prepare you to handle the greatest challenges of the high intensity of the construction phase.
All workouts are supported by Garmin devices.
