Is This Program Right for You?
GA Endurance’s 12-week 100K / 50 Mile Ultra Advanced Preparation Period program is designed for runners who want to establish an endurance base, trail skills, and training consistency before beginning a more comprehensive ultra build.
The goal is not to reach race week. It is to develop current capacity safely and sustainably so you can enter a later 100K / 50 mile training phase with a stronger foundation.
What You Can Expect
• Easy and long trail runs that build aerobic endurance
• Effort control, run-walk strategy, and fundamental climbing and descending skills
• Strength and mobility work that supports durability
• Fueling, hydration, and equipment habits for longer sessions
• Planned lighter weeks that balance training load and recovery
• HR and TSS-based training for clear workload tracking
Coaching and Support
Every workout includes the session purpose, intensity guidance, and practical execution details. For support with program setup, training zones, or TrainingPeaks, contact the GA Endurance team at coachsupport@gaendurance.com.

Final Note
