This plan is specifically designed for the Sedona Canyons 125! The author has completed the Cocodona 250 (which covers the entire Sedona Canyons course) numerous times, as well as crewed and paced there.
Sedona Canyons is 125.9 miles with 14,205 feet of gain and a 75 hour cutoff - from a ghost town above Jerome, through the red rock of Sedona and up to the finish in downtown Flagstaff.
What's included:

- A progressive strength program built in the TrainingPeaks strength builder: Foundation, Max Strength and Durability phases, plus a dedicated "Downhill Legs" session for the rocky descents, with recovery-week and taper versions
- Training race options, big back-to-back weekends, power hiking and a smooth 3-week taper
- Sedona Canyons specific tips and course section tidbits! This includes section-by-section course descriptions, travel, lodging, crew and pacer cheat sheet, sleep strategy, fueling, poles, packs, foot care and logistics
