Diseñado para corredores principiantes que se preparan para carreras ultra trail de la categoría UTMB 50K en terrenos de bosque y costa. Ideal para atletas que entrenan alrededor de 5–6 horas semanales y ya tienen algo de experiencia en trail, senderismo o running en superficies mixtas.

El plan desarrolla resistencia, fuerza, técnica y confianza de forma progresiva y segura, ayudándote a llegar fuerte y libre de lesiones al día de la carrera.

📦 ¿Qué Incluye?


Plan progresivo de 48 semanas escrito en español por los entrenadores de Arduua. Las sesiones de running están basadas en tiempo y zonas de frecuencia cardíaca para un control individualizado del esfuerzo y una progresión segura.

Incluye sesiones de fuerza, movilidad y stretching con instrucciones claras y guía en vídeo.

❤️ Metodología de Entrenamiento


Toda la intensidad se prescribe por tiempo y frecuencia cardíaca, no por ritmo o distancia. Esto permite adaptar el entrenamiento al desnivel, superficie, fatiga y condiciones del terreno.

El enfoque principal está en el desarrollo aeróbico, la técnica, la calidad de movimiento y la eficiencia en carrera.

📆 Estructura del Plan


Base (30 semanas): Base aeróbica, movilidad, estabilidad y fuerza funcional.

Específica (8 semanas): Umbral, VO₂max, potencia en subida y resistencia de fuerza.

Pre-Competición (8 semanas): Tiradas largas técnicas y estrategia de carrera.

Taper + Carrera (2 semanas): Reducción de carga para llegar fresco y preparado al día de la carrera.
