Diseñado para corredores de ultra trail que buscan completar su primer 100K en terrenos de bosque y costa (UTMB 100K o similar).

Ideal para atletas con experiencia previa en ultras de 50K–80K, que entrenan al menos 6 horas por semana y desean progresar de forma segura hacia los 100 km.

El enfoque prioriza una progresión sostenible para mejorar resistencia, fuerza y eficiencia en trail, ayudándote a llegar fuerte y sin lesiones.

Base (30 sem): Resistencia aeróbica, fuerza y durabilidad.

Específica (8 sem): Subidas, umbrales y técnica trail.

Precompetición (8 sem): Tiradas largas y simulaciones de carrera.

Taper + Carrera (2 sem): Reducción de carga y puesta a punto.
