Plan Description

Avec ce plan de 16 semaines, tu développes progressivement l’endurance et la force nécessaires pour préparer un ultra d’environ 100 kilomètres. La structure est conçue pour te permettre de progresser continuellement sans surcharger ton corps. Tu y trouveras un équilibre entre sorties longues, séances de tempo contrôlé, entraînements en côte, stimuli de vitesse et semaines de récupération stratégiquement placées. Tout est pensé pour te préparer physiquement et mentalement aux exigences spécifiques d’un 100 kilomètres avec dénivelé.

Les intensités sont clairement définies : les sorties faciles restent réellement faciles, tandis que les séances rapides te stimulent sans t’épuiser. Pendant les peak weeks, tu accumules des kilomètres précieux et gagnes en confiance avant d’entrer dans la phase de tapering, afin d’aborder la semaine de course frais/fraîche et motivé(e).

Au fil des semaines, tu apprends à gérer ton ravitaillement sur de très longues distances, à composer avec la fatigue musculaire, à tester ton équipement et à renforcer ta résilience mentale. Le plan convient aussi bien aux athlètes préparant leur premier ultra autour de 100 km qu’aux coureuses et coureurs expérimentés souhaitant s’entraîner de manière structurée et efficace.
