Plan Description

This training plan is for someone who has completed multiple marathons and even a few 50k races at a high level and is ready to try a 50 miler. Or even for someone who has a 50 miler or two already completed and wants to take their training to the next level. Either way, weekly mileage will go up to 70-73 with at least two workouts each week, including long-run trail/road workouts. There are ways to adjust the plan, so if you would like feedback specific to your needs, please reach out and I can help with that.
