Sie wissen was ihre VO2max ist und kennen ihre Anaerobe Schwelle (Threshold).
Der Plan beinhaltet die Laufeinheiten, wenn Bike als Alternative möglich ist, ist es im Plan abgebildet.
Stabi und Kraft ist nicht enthalten und ist frei von Athletinnen und Athleten einzuteilen, aber in den Wochen des Planes kein muss.
