Plan Description

I am an experienced endurance coach who is Ironman Certified and has over 10 years in endurance sport, with over 30 ultra finishes, 8 full Ironman Distances, numerous 70.3s and a number of long distance endurance sportives.

I have completed ultra marathons from 50km to 100 miles all whilst being self coached.

This plan will allow anyone with a base fitness to finish any race from 50 mile up to 100 miles.

The plan incorporates strength work within the gym, cross training and strength running mixed with endurance sessions to ensure you are at your strongest for the race of your choice.

On the plan I have provided advice regarding nutrition and other top tips to ensure have a strong race.
