Questo piano di allenamento è adatto a Runners che hanno già completato distanze superiori ai 42km della Maratona o hanno già completato una 100km e intendono performare meglio. Strutturato con 6 giorni di allenamento e 1 giorno di riposo è adatto a chi è abituato al carico continuo di allenamento ma necessità almeno di 1 giorno a settimana di riposo per articolazioni, muscoli, cuore e polmoni.
This training plan is suitable for Runners who have already completed distances greater than 42km of the Marathon or have already completed a 100km and intend to perform better. Structured with 6 days of training and 1 day of rest, it is suitable for those who are used to the continuous load of training but need at least 1 day a week of rest for joints, muscles, heart and lungs.
