Mit den Erfahrungen des Siegers vom Rennstieg Supermarathon 2023.
Der Trainingsplan fokussiert die Rennen in den Mittelgebirgen mit ca. 300hm pro 10km.
Der Umfang ist ausgelegt auf Rennen im kürzeren Ultratrail-Bereich, und eher die laufbaren, schnelleren Events.
D.h. Marathon/1500hm bis ca. 80km/2500hm.
Es wird 4x/Woche laufend trainiert und 1-2 Einheiten ergänzend. Dazu je nach Woche noch 1-3 optionale oder alternative Einheiten.
