Plan de alto volumen para corredores que busquen competir en distancias hasta 100 millas
- 12 semanas (existe una versión de 18 semanas, algo más exigente, siguiendo este enlace)
- Entre 90 y 110 kms semanales en la semana pico
- Las zonas e intensidades están basadas en frecuencia cardíaca (si te interesa el plan pero con las intensidades basadas en ritmo o potencia, podés comprar este y enviarme un mail para que te lo adapte)
