This training plan is a 16 week build leading to a 50k ultramarathon race. Ideally this plan is for people who have a minimum of 6-8 weeks base aerobic fitness. You should be able to do a comfortable long run of at least 60 - 75 minutes. It includes a steady aerobic fitness build as well as setting a foundation of mobility and stability that will allow runners to proceed injury free and with the durability required to maintain pace throughout the length of the race. All strength training workouts come with videos and descriptions and are designed specifically for runners. The strength, mobility, and stability workouts set this plan apart from other run plans.
Included in the plan is an 8 week audio guide to provide meaning and context to your journey.
Flow Coaching:
Igniting purpose through peak performance
In a typical coaching framework, the gratification of hitting a performance metric or achieving a goal is often short lived, dependent on external recognition, and centered within a preexisting framework of success. It's a finite game.
Within my coaching containers, you'll learn how to access flow states for achieving your goals with more ease, and using performance as a conduit for your evolution on a wider scale.
