Plan Description
Be ready to complete your 100 Mile Ultra with this plan set up for anyone running the distance for the fist time or count themselves as someone just looking to complete the race feeling fit and strong.
The 16 week plan assumes that the event is on road or trail without any big mountain climbs (see the Mountain Ultra Plans for this)
You should have a background of running up to 50km in the past ideally but there is a 4 week base build at the start which you can repeat if needed.
Expect to have 4-6 training days each week with some runs taking up to 4 hours and one build up event or training run.
All the sessions are fully explained in easy to understand language with each one syncing direct to your watch so you never need to guess how many reps or sets you are doing each day.
The plan also includes a home workout S&C plan that can run alongside your training and created lots of notes for training, nutrition and mindset for your race to really help support you along the way!
