Plan Description

Das Ziel dieses Trainingsplans ist die Verbesserung deiner Leistung beim Berglauf. In den ersten Wochen trainieren wir über kurze Intervalle die VO2max, dafür erwarten dich sowohl flache als auch Bergauf-Intervalle. Die VO2max gilt als der größte Faktor für die Leistung im Berglauf. Dementsprechend kann durch eine Steigerung der VO2max die Leistung deutlich verbessert werden. Im zweiten Teil des Plans verbessern wir die anaerobe Schwelle und die effektive Verstoffwechselung vom Laktatstoff. Im letzten Teil festigen und verbessern wir mit spezifischen Intervallen deine Leistung im direkten Wettkampf.

Unser 12-wöchiger Trainingsplan bereitet dich optimal darauf vor, deinen nächsten Berglauf ambitioniert zu finishen:
