Plan Description
This is NOT a couch to 50k plan. This plan assumes you can presently run 60 minutes and are healthy enough to undertake a progressive increase in running volume.
The plan includes video based strength training, which we highly recommend you take part in to supplement your run training. It is the key to making it through all the run volume.
Follow the plan, dial in your nutrition and hydration and you'll be fully prepared to cross that finish line with a huge smile on your face. Much better than the alternative, which involves crawling and drooling on yourself, followed by some quality time with a volunteer medical professional.
