Plan Description

Mon premier Trail de plus de120 km, en 16 semaines, 6 séances par semaine.
Pré requis être capable de courir plus de 2h à 11km/h ou avoir déjà participer à un marathon ou un trail de 40/60 km, et être capable de rouler 2h en vélo/vtt.
- 5 cycles de 3 semaines: 2 semaines de charge 1 semaine de récupération et une semaine d'affutage
- 6 entrainements dans la semaines (dont vélo), plus stretching "10min par jour" et 2 séances de renforcement.
- 2 jours de repos dans la semaine.
