Plan Description

Para acceder a esta competici贸n es necesario acreditar el curriculum deportivo donde lo ideal es que se hayan realizado distintas pruebas de distancia ultra de entre 80 y 120k. Se debe de venir de semana previas de entrenamientos. Este plan no est谩 indicado para empezar de 0.

馃敽Duraci贸n de 16 semanas.

馃敽Indicado para corredores de trail con experiencia para correr el UTMB (170K y 10000m de desnivel +)

馃敽4-5 d铆as de entrenamiento a la semana en funci贸n del per铆odo en el que nos encontremos.

馃敽Incluye tabla para trabajar el core.

馃敽Entrenamientos de forma estructurada.

馃敽Plan indicado por zonas de entrenamiento, en funci贸n de la percepci贸n del esfuerzo.

馃敽Las zonas quedar铆an de la siguiente manera:

Z1 馃槃 = Muy f谩cil = 1-2
Z2 馃榾 = F谩cil = 3-4
Z3 馃え = Medio = 5-6
Z4 馃檨 = Duro = 7-8
Z5 馃サ = Muy duro = 9-10
