Plan Description
Para acceder a esta competición es necesario acreditar el curriculum deportivo donde lo ideal es que se hayan realizado distintas pruebas de distancia ultra de entre 80 y 120k. Se debe de venir de semana previas de entrenamientos. Este plan no está indicado para empezar de 0.
🔺Duración de 16 semanas.
🔺Indicado para corredores de trail con experiencia para correr el UTMB (170K y 10000m de desnivel +)
🔺4-5 días de entrenamiento a la semana en función del período en el que nos encontremos.
🔺Incluye tabla para trabajar el core.
🔺Entrenamientos de forma estructurada.
🔺Plan indicado por zonas de entrenamiento, en función de la percepción del esfuerzo.
🔺Las zonas quedarían de la siguiente manera:
Z1 😄 = Muy fácil = 1-2
Z2 😀 = Fácil = 3-4
Z3 🤨 = Medio = 5-6
Z4 🙁 = Duro = 7-8
Z5 🥵 = Muy duro = 9-10
