Plan Description

Marat贸n Alpino Madrile帽o, carrera por la sierra de Guadarrama. Salida desde Cercedilla con subida a 7 picos y paso por el puerto de Navacerrada. Tras subir hacia el alto de las Guarramilles se va hacia la cima de Pe帽alara, bajando y subiendo por la loma del Noruego. La vuelta se realiza por el collado del Piornal, paso de nuevo por el puerto de Navacerrada y descenso a Cercedilla.

La prueba son unos 48K con unos 5800m de desnivel acumulado.
