馃敽Se debe de tener experiencia en trail, con varias carreras de marat贸n terminadas.

馃敽El plan combina d铆as de carrera con d铆as de ciclismo.

馃敽Los d铆as de ciclismo son d铆as de recuperaci贸n activa, se pueden suprimir por d铆as de descanso.

馃敽Hay tabla para trabajar el core.

馃敽Entrenamiento viene de forma estructurada.

馃敽Plan indicado por zonas de entrenamiento, en funci贸n de la percepci贸n del esfuerzo.

馃敽Las zonas quedar铆an de la siguiente manera:
