About This Training Plan Collingwood Off Road Running
This plan is for cyclists preparing for the CORR Running series! It is designed specifically to meet the demands of running fast weekly while supporting your progression and consistency as an athlete. Crafted by professional coach and Registered Kinesiologist Peter Glassford, this comprehensive guide ensures you’ll be ready to enjoy the challenges of this exciting running series !
Is This Plan For You?
This plan is set to guide athletes through June, July and August and includes the weekly CORR Runs in your plan alongside other workouts to augment the intense races.
It is designed for those with about 45-60 minutes 5 days of the week to train. Options to shorten any day in the week and to add workouts or more duration to some workouts are provided.
