Plan Description

Der Trainingsplan Up the Hill – Advanced richtet sich an erfahrene und ambitionierte LäuferInnen mit solider Trail- und Bergerfahrung, die sich leistungsorientiert auf den UTH25 – Trail Run vorbereiten möchten. Über 12 Wochen mit 5–6 Einheiten pro Woche trainierst du in 4 Trainingsblöcken im 2:1-Rhythmus (zwei Belastungswochen, eine Entlastungswoche). Im Schnitt erwarten dich zwei intensive Laufeinheiten pro Woche, die gezielt deine Leistung und Wettkampfhärte verbessern. Die längste Einheit beträgt 2:15 h. Ein Testlauf zu Beginn dient der Festlegung deiner individuellen Trainingsbereiche. Der abwechslungsreiche Plan ist darauf ausgelegt, dich optimal vorbereitet und leistungsstark beim UTH25 – Trail Run an den Start zu bringen. Speziell abgestimmte Einheiten bereiten dich gezielt auf die technischen Wurzelpassagen und steilen Anstiege des Rennens vor.
