Plan Description
This training plan is designed by Treeline Endurance in collaboration with the organizers of the Copper Kings 100 Mile Endurance Run held in Butte, Montana in late June. We're excited to offer this plan **free** to runners who are already registered for the 2026 Copper Kings 100. Check your email for your promotion code from Onward Endurance.
Running Copper Kings 100 is a massive goal. This plan will help you to manifest it. The plan will build upon experienced runners who are either looking to run their first 100 mile race at Copper Kings, or make it their strongest 100 mile finish to date.
The plan is 20 weeks long, best started in late-January/ early-February.
This is a mountainous event. The plan is set up to prepare athletes accordingly. Therefore, to get the most from this training plan, you'll need:
-Access to steep and technical trails (primarily on weekends)
-Full gym access (Weights and treadmills that are capable of at least a 10% uphill grade)
-Flat-and-fast running access (either on treadmill or outdoor road-like surfaces)
