Diseñado para corredores recreativos que buscan completar su primer 100 km en montaña (UTMB 100K o similar).
Ideal para quienes ya han corrido ultras más cortas (50K–80K), entrenan al menos 6 horas semanales y desean una preparación segura, progresiva y bien estructurada.
El objetivo es llevarte de manera sostenible a desarrollar la resistencia, fuerza y técnica necesarias para completar un 100K con confianza.

Un plan progresivo de 24 semanas creado por entrenadores de Arduua, con sesiones de running, fuerza, movilidad y estiramientos.

❤️ Metodología de Entrenamiento


La intensidad se prescribe por tiempo y frecuencia cardíaca en lugar de distancia o ritmo.
Este enfoque garantiza un control óptimo del esfuerzo en terrenos con desnivel, variabilidad técnica y fatiga acumulada.
Cada sesión está orientada a una progresión estable y una adaptación fisiológica segura.

Base (6s): Resistencia aeróbica, fuerza funcional, durabilidad y movilidad.
Específica (8s): Ascensos, umbrales, técnica y eficiencia en trail.
Pre-Competitiva (8s): Tiradas largas, back-to-back y simulaciones de carrera.
Puesta a Punto + Carrera (2s): Reducción de carga y optimización de forma.
