Ohjelma sisältää monipuolisia harjoituksia – vauhtilenkkejä, mäkitreenejä, voimaa sekä kevyitä lenkkejä – ja se on sovellettavissa sekä aloittelijalle että kokeneelle juoksijalle.

Vauhti- ja sykealueet on merkitty prosentein tai tuntemusten mukaan, joten ohjelma on helppo mukauttaa omaan kuntoon ja maastoon sopivaksi.

This 4-week training program is suitable for active trail runners of all levels, provided you have approximately 6 hours per week available for training. The program includes a variety of workouts – tempo runs, hill sessions, strength work, and easy runs – and can be adapted for both beginners and experienced runners.

Intensity and heart rate zones are indicated as percentages or perceived exertion, making it easy to adjust according to your fitness level and terrain.
