Für ambitionierte Athlet*innen mit klaren Zielen. Anspruchsvolle Wochen mit intensiven Intervallen, Bergtraining und strukturierten Erholungsphasen – genau das, was dich an die Schwelle deiner Bestleistung bringt.
Der Plan ist darauf ausgelegt, deine Belastungsverträglichkeit zu erhöhen und dich gezielt an ein höheres Trainingsniveau heranzuführen.
Unsere Season Build Pläne richten sich an Athlet*innen, die ihr Training gezielt und strukturiert gestalten möchten.
Wir kombinieren unterschiedliche Intensitätsbereiche an, ober- und unterhalb der Schwelle mit einem soliden Anteil an aerobem Grundlagentraining. Dadurch werden zentrale physiologische Systeme angesprochen – vom aeroben Stoffwechsel über die Laktatverarbeitung bis zur neuromuskulären Effizienz.
Ziel ist eine nachhaltige Leistungsentwicklung, die Stabilität und Ausdauer langfristig verbessert.
