Se enfoca en ritmo, ascensos, descensos técnicos, nutrición, hidratación y resistencia mental para que llegues en forma, confiado y listo.

La intensidad se prescribe por tiempo y frecuencia cardíaca, no por distancia. Las sesiones se guían por duración y pulso para optimizar la adaptación fisiológica. Se adapta al terreno, altitud, fatiga y condiciones, asegurando una progresión precisa a largo plazo.

Base (30s): Construir resistencia aeróbica, fuerza, movilidad y durabilidad.

Específica (8s): Aumentar umbrales, añadir trabajo de VO₂max y ascensos.

Pre-Competitiva (8s): Tiradas largas, simulaciones de carrera, nutrición, equipamiento y potencia.

Puesta a Punto + Carrera (2s): Reducir carga, afinar y ejecutar la estrategia de carrera.
