Plan Description

I am Claudiu Beletoiu and this is my proposal for a training plan for 100 km trail race.

I am a certified coach here in Training Peaks but also i have finished an University of Education Physique and Sports and also a Master degree on coaching. I have 13 years of experience on running trail races on distances up to 500 km ( 3rd place on TOR DES GLACIERS- 450 km and 32000 m D+) but also shorter distances ( 7 th place on Istria 100 miles, winner of 360 The Challenge - 260 km and 14000 m D+)

I hope this plan will guide you to your best results in your 100 km race that you have in plan.
