Plan Description
Der Krafttrainingsplan ist gezielt für Trailläufer konzipiert und lässt sich strukturiert sowie periodisiert in ein umfassendes Ausdauertraining integrieren. Er berücksichtigt die spezifischen Anforderungen des Trailrunnings – wie Uphill-Druck, Downhill-Kontrolle, Rumpfstabilität und Trittsicherheit – durch funktionelle Übungen, die die relevanten Muskelgruppen und Bewegungsmuster ansprechen. Der Plan gliedert sich in 11 Wochen Basephase (Kraft, Beweglichkeit, Stabilität), 4 Wochen Buildphase (Schnellkraft, Kraftausdauer, erhöhte Belastungstoleranz) und 7 Wochen Peakphase, in der die Reize zunehmend wettkampfspezifisch werden. Hier stehen Athletik, Ermüdungsresistenz und Downhill-Kontrolle im Fokus. Die letzten Wochen dienen dem Tapering – zur aktiven Erholung vor dem A-Wettkampf. Dieser sollte idealerweise in Woche 24 stattfinden, sodass alle Trainingsphasen optimal auf die Anforderungen des Rennens abgestimmt sind.
