Il piano è stato studiato per chi vuole affrontare Big Rock 50k.

E' un piano per corridori avanzati che riescono ad allenarsi almeno quattro volte la settimana con una quinta uscita opzionale: non sono richieste esperienze precedenti di allenamento strutturato o di gare. Include una parte di Strength & Conditioning specifica per il trail running (un workout settimanale)

Sono allenamenti molto semplici ed immediati, pensati per chi si avvicina a questo mondo ed ha voglia di avere una guida su come ottimizzare l'impegno durante la settimana.

In allegato nelle note della prima settimana del plan trovate l'Athlete Handbook con le istruzioni generiche ed alcuni accorgimenti che vi possono guidare nell'interpretare al meglio il Plan ed una breve introduzione al lavoro di S&C.

Non è richiesto Training Peaks Premium, che può però venirvi utile per spostare o adattare la pianificazione sulle vostre esigenze. E' invece necessario un orologio GPS che possa registrare le vostre uscite.
