Do you already have good experience in trail running but don't want to miss out on the most crucial phase of the approach to UTVV 2025? Following the programme I propose will be easier than expected! πŸƒπŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

βœ… Aim of the programme
The objective of this programme is to be able to tackle the Ultra Trail Vipava Vally 2025 in the best possible way. The 60-km programme is suitable for all those who already have some experience on 30-km trail races.

‼️ Required commitment
The commitment required is 4 or 5 days a week, you will have four fixed training sessions and one optional one. Running 4 to 5 days a week, if done correctly, will enable you to complete your trail and cover the set distance while improving your performance. There will also be optional Strength and Alternative Training sessions. There will be an approach race, which will serve as a material and integration test and to carry out the longest training in the programme while having fun.

πŸ•“ Programme duration
The duration of this programme will be 3 months. 3 months is the appropriate amount of time to train consistently and achieve a goal of this magnitude. The programme integrates perfectly with all watch apps (Garmin, Polar, Strava, Coros, Suunto, etc.).

❓What you need
The only things you need are a watch with GPS and a heart rate monitor. Precise instructions on how to set cardio zones and training rhythms will be provided to you at the beginning of the training plan, along with 3 BONUS VIDEOS I have made for you. You only need the FREE basic version of TrainingPeaks to follow the programme.
