Plan Description

Dieser Trainingsplan zielt darauf ab, dir eine gute BASE & Grundlage für weiterführende Trainings zu legen. Die Intensität bleibt primär im Zone2 Bereich. So baust du deine Grundlage auf und verbesserst deinen Fettstoffwechsel. Für die muskuläre Stimulierung und die Laufdynamik sind ergänzend Zone3 Einheiten berücksichtigt.

Um die Grundlage solide aufzubauen, sind Alternativsportarten (primär Radfahren) und Krafttrainings berücksichtigt. Die Krafttrainings sind als YouTube Videos zum nachmachen eingestellt.

Diese Voraussetzungen solltest du mitbringen, wenn du mit diesem Plan startest:
- eine durchschnittliche Wochenleistung von ca. 40-60 Kilometer/Woche
