Plan Description

👀 This plan will help you to maintain a good fitness throughout the "transition period". In this period it is important to not stop completely but to maintain some exercises (and some intensity as well). It will help you to start the new season in a good shape

‼️This plan is good for all athletes, both of high and low level
It is built for trail runners, since it contains some trail running trainings

💪🏻Some strength trainings are present in the plan. They included home-based exercises that do not require particular tool/device

🚵‍♂️ There are some cycling training as well. For some of them a smart home trainer is recommended. However, if you do not have a smart trainer you can perform these sessions also outdoor
