Este plan te preparará para enfrentarte a terrenos irregulares con seguridad y eficiencia. A lo largo de las 12 semanas, mejorarás tu resistencia, técnica y fuerza específica para el trail running.
✅ Aprenderás a gestionar el esfuerzo en subidas y bajadas.
✅ Trabajarás la fuerza y potencia con series en cuestas.
✅ Incluirás sesiones de core para mejorar estabilidad.
📩 Test inicial de VAM: La primera semana harás un test para identificar tus zonas de carrera. Una vez realizado, envía un correo a contact@eloadtraining.com para que un entrenador defina tus zonas personalizadas.
Nivel 2 – Para quienes buscan mejorar su rendimiento en trail
Para corredores que ya tienen algo de experiencia y desean mejorar su resistencia y técnica en montaña.
🔹 Duración: 12 semanas.
🔹 Frecuencia: 4 días de carrera + 2 sesiones de core semanal.
🔹 Incluye:
✅ Carreras en montaña con diferentes intensidades.
✅ Series cortas en subida para ganar fuerza y mejorar el ritmo en desniveles.
✅ Trabajo de resistencia aeróbica con entrenamientos sostenidos en montaña.
