Details of this Plan:

Designed for trail races up to 30km in distance:
First week: 6:00 hours. Biggest week: 6:30 hours (week 3).
Strength Training plan included 2 times per week.
One rest day per week.
Designed to accommodate work and personal life.
The plan is designed for pace, power, heart rate or feel (RPE).
Event Day is planned for Sunday or Saturday.
Regular testing to monitor improvements.
Before you start the plan, you should be able to run 100 minutes.
