Plan Description
Planificación de 8 semanas para el periodo de preparación, trabajo aeróbico, fuerza y ritmo. Tras este plan debes seguir con uno de los planes de ´Trail Maratón o Trail media maratón o Trail Ultra que tenemos en nuestra biblioteca de entre13 y 15 semanas.
Planificación con trabajo complementario funcional con propio peso o materiales de coste bajo. Trabajo primordial para el trailrunner!!
Combinando los planes de entrenamiento (Preparación y específico) estan diseñado para hacerte llegar los días de competición en tu pico de forma.
Esto es gracias a la calidad y especificidad de cada sesión de entrenamiento. Más no es mejor.
