Buenas querido runner! Mi nombre es Jaume y soy entrenador especialista en running y trailrunning. También soy corredor de trail y pista, coronándome como Sub-campeón de Catalunya de kilómetro vertical en 2022 y marca personal en 10K de 33:06 en 2021.
Plan de entrenamiento para preparar un kilómetro vertical y mejorar tu subida en el trail a seis semanas vista. Ápto para todos los perfiles ,tanto corredores más populares como corredores que se preparan para competir seriamente un kilometro vertical. Este plan no es para ti si nunca has probado el trail. Como la mayoria sabe, existen cinco zonas (Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4, Z5) de frecuencia cardíaca (FC) dónde se entrena. Cada una se corresponde a un porcentage de la frecuencia cardíaca máxima (FCM). Es de vital importancia que se respeten las zonas de FC en los entrenamientos, ya que incumplirlas pueden estancar tu mejora y aumentar el riesgo de lesión. Una forma fácil y útil para calcular tu frecuencia cardíaca máxima (FCM) es la siguiente:
FCM=220-Edad. Por ejemplo, si tengo 30 años mi FCM será la siguiente: FCM=220-30=190 ppm.
Esta fórmula es una aproximación, la forma más precisa de calcularla es haciéndote una prueba de esfuerzo.
Este plan se basa en un modelo polarizado del entrenamiento, dónde la Z1-Z2 comprenden el 70% del volumen total, la Z3 un 10% y la Z4-Z5 un 20%. Recuerda estirar siempre después de cada entrenamiento.
