Plan Description
This 8 week trail and agility program is geared toward the age group endurance athlete looking to change up their 'on road' training routine. Or if they are interested in venturing into a new sport either on a whim, or during their off season. Also, great for adolescence interested in JROTC fitness and training.
Note, this is not a learn how to orienteer course. Instead it is the training you will need to get your legs ready to walk/run/trek through an orienteering course from 1 to 3 hours in length.
Using your mind during an orienteering course is a true challenge when your heart is pumping with the physical demands of of the course. It is quite a thrill when you clear your first 'O' course knowing you not only pushed your body physically, but mentally as well.

*Search for your local Orienteering Organization online and add their events to your calendar. Most have events starting in September/Fall months.
