Plan Description

Der RennsteigTrail ist das letzte Rennen der Golden Trail National Series.
Auf 30km mit insgesamt 1.030hm gilt es, fokussiert zu bleiben und nicht zu schnell zu starten. Flach ist es fast nie, ständig geht es entweder hoch oder runter.

Die kommenden 16 Wochen werden dich bestens auf die Anforderungen vorbereiten, deine Kraft und Effizienz in deinen Bergmuskeln verbessern und deine Ausdauer für die 30km trainieren. Der Trainingsplan beginnt zunächst mit intensiven Intervallen an deiner VO²max, sowohl flach, als auch bergauf in Kombination mit kurzen, effizienzsteigernden Steigerungsläufen.

Nach und nach werden die Intervalle und Wechselläufe länger und sollen in deiner Wettkampfintensität durchgeführt werden. Immer mit dabei: die langen Läufe am Sonntag.

Der Plan beinhaltet 5-6 Trainingstage und 2 Intervalle pro Woche.
