Plan Description

Il ciclo di allenamento per la velocità richiede un'impegno elevato, per questo la periodizzazione del carico sarà ad onde.
Due settimane di carico ed una di scarico.
La settimana di scarico serve per recuperare e riprendere le altre due settimane di carico, partendo dal TTSS della seconda settimana a salire.

L'incremento di carico (TTSS) è di circa il 10% rispetto all'ultima settimana allenante.
La settimana di scarico (TTSS) è del 20% in meno rispetto all'ultima settimana allenante.
Tieni d'occhio sempre il TTSS della settimana per valutare gli incrementi.

L'allenamento può essere fatto anche su TAPIS ROULANT in quanto è basato su TEMPO e INTENSITA'.
