Plan Description

Con el plan Camí de Cavalls 360º (185K D+2680) te prepararás específicamente para realizar la vuelta a isla de Menorca a través del GR 223.

El GR 223 tiene una longitud de 185 kilómetros de senderos y caminos que recorren los confines de la isla de Menorca y que, de vez en cuando, se adentran en su interior para mostrarnos humedales, zonas de cultivo, bosques y barrancos.

La ruta ofrece un trazado trepidante, exigente tanto a nivel físico como técnico, con subidas y bajadas cortas pero intensas. El terreno abrupto de la costa menorquina le confiere un gran atractivo y a la vez le añaden un punto extra de dificultad.

Duración 23 semanas + semana previa de la competición objetivo.
Entrenamiento de Trail
Entrenamiento cruzado (MTB/Rodillo/Bicicleta de carretera)
Trabajo complementario de la fuerza general y core.
Trabajo de prevención de lesiones.
Referencias de intensidad mediante potencia (Stryd).
