Plan Description

Plan de 14 semaines pour préparer une course de trail correspondant à la catégorie M, c'est-à-dire d'une distance comprise entre 75 et 115 km-effort. Il suffit d'ajouter 1 km à la distance totale du parcours pour chaque 100 mètres de dénivelé positif. Par exemple, le 65 km de l'Ultra Trail Harricana fait 84 km-effort avec ses 65 km et 1870 m D+.
