Plan Description

Plan de 14 semaines pour préparer une course de trail correspondant à la catégorie S, c'est-à-dire d'une distance comprise entre 45 et 75 km-effort. Il suffit d'ajouter 1 km à la distance totale du parcours pour chaque 100 mètres de dénivelé positif. Par exemple, le 42 km classique de l'Ultra Trail Harricana fait 55 km-effort avec ses 42 km et 1300 m D+.
