Plan de 8 semanas de duración para preparar la Trail2Heaven 17K, con 3-4 días de entrenamiento a la semana.

Incluye trabajo de core.

Plan indicado por zonas de entrenamiento, en función de la percepción del esfuerzo. Las zonas quedarían de la siguiente manera:

RPE:

Z1 = Muy fácil = 1-2
Z2 = Fácil = 3-4
Z3 = Medio = 5-6
Z4 = Duro = 7-8
Z5 = Muy duro = 9-10
