Plan Description

Dieser Trainingsplan kann für Trailrunning Ultratrails mit einer Distanz von ca. 100 km und 4000 Höhenmetern verwendet werden.

In den 16 Wochen konzentriert sich der Plan vermehrt auf die Steigerung der Umfänge. Tempoläufe und Intervalle sind vorhanden, darauf besteht aber nicht der Fokus. So wird die Gefahr minimiert Verletzungen und Überlastungen zu erleiden.

Im Plan sind Einheiten mit Alternativsport berücksichtigt - primär Radfahren. Ebenso Kraft und Mobilitätsübungen sind fix eingeplant. Über YouTube Videos können diese Einheiten ganz einfach nachgemacht werden.
