Piano di allenamento della durata di 20 settimane in preparazione al Cortina Trail 48km +2600m
Il piano è pensato per atleti intermedi ed atleti evoluti che abbiano in programma la gara in oggetto.
L'allenamento tiene conto della caratteristiche altimetriche su salite, discese, dislivello e distanza.
Raccomando di testare ad ogni allenamento Trail (il giorno 7) l'integrazione che si userà in gara, con lo stesso timing, quantità e tipologia di integratori.
Le misure (distanze, dislivello, etc) sono in metri/km. SOLAMENTE i dati di esempio sono in miglia.
Imposta la data di FINE EVENTO con la domenica della settimana di gara ed avrai il calendario degli allenamenti definito giorno per giorno.
