Plan Description
Der HALF MARTHON DES SABLES ist mit 3 Etappen und 120 Kilometern eine Herausforderung. Der Trainingsplan für den HDMS bereitet Dich gut auf die Anforderungen des Wettkampfes vor. Der Plan ist darauf ausgelegt, dass Du sowohl konditionell als, auch muskulär den Distanzen gewappnet bist. Die Zielsetzung liegt darauf, ein solides Finish zu erreichen.
In den ersten 8 Wochen des Planes liegt der Fokus auf Kraft und Schnelligkeit. Die Distanzen der langen Läufe begrenzen sich in diesem Zeitraum auf maximal 15-20km pro Einheit. Anschließend werden die Umfänge sukzessive gesteigert, um Dich auf die lange zweite Etappe vorzubereiten.
Kraft und Regenerationsübungen beugen Verletzungen vor und helfen Dir, auch im letzten Drittel einer jeden Etappe eine stabile Lauftechnik beibehalten zu können.
