Trail running is one of the most rewarding ways to spend your days (and nights). It is an incredible feeling to know that you can conquer mountains, steep descents and breath-taking ascents with stunning vista's. To enjoy these to the fullest, you must place yourself into the position of a trail runner.

And you will be able to enjoy the majestic views and the splendours of mother Nature to the fullest if you are not completely exhausted from the journey. That is why you are embarking on this training program. The sessions you will do in this plan, prepare you to enjoy your trail running experience to the fullest.

You will be a stronger, better runner for it and come race-day, you will be ready for the challenge!
