Un plan de 20 semaines pour passer au travers de l'hiver québécois et être en forme au printemps! Les longues sorties dépassent seulement les 2 heures dans les dernières semaines pour éviter à ceux qui courent dehors d'attraper froid et éviter à ceux qui courent sur tapis de mourir d'ennui! Le plan inclut deux séances de renforcement par semaine nécessitant seulement des bandes élastiques et un ballon suisse (à partir de la semaine 5, aucun matériel n'est nécessaire pour les 4 premières semaines). Quatre séance de course à pied par semaine avec des options pour en faire plus, à la course ou sur les skis.
